"Hotel is in prime location 5 mins walk away from train station. It has car parking at a charge with limited spaces. Rooms have everything you need in them very clean and daily cleans. Only downside to the room I was in we were at the back of hotel we could hear glass bottles put in bins and emptied early in mornings very loud the windows are single glazed and falling apart our window was held shut with a bolt type lock. Very warm in rooms did use the fans that were provided. We ate in the pickled sprout thats joined onto hotel which was very good food highly recommend. Friendly staff very pleasant stay."

"Beautiful guest house with fantastic hosts. Bedroom ( suite) was very large and had everything we needed. Bonus of small fridge with fresh milk, plenty of tea/coffee and bottle water. Breakfast was lovely , Dan knows how to cook and present a good Yorkshires breakfast. Hosts are so focus on making your stay a memorable experience. Return to room one day to find a bottle of Prosecco and lovely note to help celebrate our wedding anniversary. Will definitely be coming back next time we stay in Harrogate."

"We loved staying in this little hotel, a large and clean room with comfy bed and pillows, spotlessly clean and well stocked coffee and tea tray. As we stayed on Friday, the carvery was served and the food was good (the beef and roasted carrots was excellent) and plentiful with the price you can't beat. Excellent value for money, the same applies for drinks. Welcoming staff and free parking. Despite being positioned by the road , we had a peaceful night , no outside noise. We will stay again here as all together, it was a good hotel to stay in and I recommend it to others , for visits of Ripon, Fountains Abbey, Dales..."
