"The whole experience was mediocre. Not 5 star as advertised. Breakfast always cold needed to be reminded to warm it for us. There was a braai on the 15th when we arrived which was supposed to start at 4pm didn't start until 8pm. Very noisy"

The food is terrible. Hardly 2 items on the menu! The rooms are literally falling apart. I will never recommend that place to anyone even if it were the last accommodation remaining on earth!"

Felix and family you have worked so hard to come up with such a beautiful place your place is simply the best in Harare 5 star rating is not even enough to rate your place. Guys please go and stay at this B&B and you will have an amazing experience. Lastly the security guards were so helpful and very professional and I can't wait to see you all soon."

"To be straight to the point, I was not happy with the lack of alleged lack of confidentiality of the staff, mainly the superior in charge of the 4 days i stayed there. My wife was allegedly called from South Africa to come on the basis that I was coming drunk to the Inn and also that i was messing the room. As much as I will not deny the above 'misbehaviour': 1. I was never furnished with the rules except the notice that read, No Alcohol On The Premises@ of which i didn't bring alcohol to the premises. 2. I expected to be treated as an adult tenant above 18 and be approached 1st of which that did not happen. 3. Calling my wife caused a ripple effect of the situation leading to our separation which starts today ,based on the allegations shared with my wife...former wife."
