"We arrived at the Harare Airport and called for a ride to the lodge. George picked us up and gave great conversation about the area, food, shopping on our way to the lodge. We got to the lodge in the morning and check in is at 2:00 pm. They suggested we eat at the lodge’s restaurant and advised they would take our bags to our room once the room was ready. The breakfast was great. Albert was our waiter and took great care of us.the atmosphere was amazing and the weather made it very comfortable to eat outside."

We arrived at 8Pm and the first room they gave me the beds were not made up and no Aircon in the room (room 7) then was moved room 4 and that was final fine but they did not clean the room after the first night saying there. Very disappointed for a hotel"
