Great
GGuest UserWe enjoyed staying at Hard Rock Hotel & ****** Atlantic City. We ate at the fresh Harvest Buffet and the food was amazing. All are fresh and alot of variety of food and dessert. The room is clean and we had fun playing at the ******. We’ll definitely be back!
GGuest UserFirst time staying here. It was a beautiful property, very well maintained. The rooms were done very well, with an extremely comfortable bed and a very nicely appointed bathroom. We were there for a wedding. They do weddings extremely well. The facilities, timing, atmosphere and catering were top shelf. Of particular note, the food was outstanding. Everyone on staff, from our check in to our check out, was professional, approachable and pleasant. Look forward to staying there again.
AAnonymous UserI stayed in a suite, so the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. However, one downside was that the TV didn't connect via Bluetooth, so I couldn't watch what I wanted. Other hotels had TVs that were conveniently connected, so that was the biggest disappointment. I also found the pool and gym access hours to be a bit too short, which was a bit disappointing.
MMatt FossettCaesars was a really fun getaway weekend! Wild West is easily my favorite part. I do think Caesar’s lacked amenities though. Tropicana has more to do for less money so I’d go there in the future.
GGuest UserFor being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there.
CCarlos ManuelWell located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.
YYvonne PhippsService not applicable. The room was large enough and bathroom very clean!!! The noted price for bottled water ($4 each) - no good and the they were old.
YYuxianliangshiyanNot good value for money. It is far from the beach, the neighborhood is gray and dark, the room faces the sea obliquely, and the ground floor cannot be seen. The hygiene is very average. There are plenty of parking spaces.
GGuest UserFirst time I've stayed here, and was pleasantly surprised. Nice bar on the roof where you can enjoy the weather outside, or sit inside and watch the ball game while having a beer and a hoagie or nachos. Nothing fancy. Just good stuff. The TV and cable channels beat previous hotels I've stayed at in the area that were far more expensive. I got a good deal, and had a good time. Definitely a do over.
