The service of Sheraton is still very good. After all, it is a brand hotel and will not damage its own reputation. The hotel is located right next to the NJ railway, so it is very convenient to take the train back from New York. You don't even need to use Uber, you can just walk across the street. There is a lounge on the 19th floor of the hotel, which is open 24 hours a day. Although it only provides simple snacks, the coffee machine is from Starbucks, which is very good.

We stayed at the recently remodeled MGM Tower because it was supposed to be superb but the furniture already shows wear and tear, the parking lot is difficult to access and cleanliness was just average with crumbs and some hair on the floor.

First time staying here. It was a beautiful property, very well maintained. The rooms were done very well, with an extremely comfortable bed and a very nicely appointed bathroom. We were there for a wedding. They do weddings extremely well. The facilities, timing, atmosphere and catering were top shelf. Of particular note, the food was outstanding. Everyone on staff, from our check in to our check out, was professional, approachable and pleasant. Look forward to staying there again.

For being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there.

We ate dinner at Capriccio‘s. The bar and dining service was impeccable. The food delicious. Navigating through the hotel was difficult, there is not a lot of information on site as to the floor plan and where things are located. Would be nice to have maps like in a shopping mall. Traffic to most locations is routed through the ******. The smell of cigarette smoke was both shocking and unacceptable. The nicer bars closed down around 10 o’clock. It seemed. Had to go into the ****** for a late night cocktails. By that hour of the night ****** bars were messy, smoky and loud. All of the staff that we connect with, were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us as much as they could .

The room smelled like *********; I had requested a non-smoking room. It was old and small. I always stay at the Cesar, but this time I was disappointed.

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

I love everything about the room and everything good service and everything I love everything

The location is good, but the hygiene was so-so. It's older than I thought. Still, it was good for a short stay. The room was bigger than I thought.

First time I've stayed here, and was pleasantly surprised. Nice bar on the roof where you can enjoy the weather outside, or sit inside and watch the ball game while having a beer and a hoagie or nachos. Nothing fancy. Just good stuff. The TV and cable channels beat previous hotels I've stayed at in the area that were far more expensive. I got a good deal, and had a good time. Definitely a do over.
