Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. Great location near the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety. Staff were professional and welcoming. We were kindly upgraded to a Premium room, which was a lovely surprise.

Good location. Room was big, modern, clean and comfortable. However, the room was only cleaned on every third day of the stay so we only stayed two nights so there isn't any room cleaning. Shower door does not close properly and the floor was wet. Breakfast buffet has good varieties. We enjoyed the breakfast. There is a laundry room which hotel guest can use for free. But there is only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel guest. This is clearly insufficient. For big brand hotel like Marriott, they should provide more washer and dryer.

What a fantastic hotel! I was genuinely surprised and delighted when I saw my room upon check-in. I had requested a quiet room and ended up with a corner room, which offered an amazing view from its corner windows. The warm sunlight streaming onto the corner sofa made for a super comfortable spot to relax and soak up the rays. The room design was very well thought out, and surprisingly, the bathroom featured a three-part separation (toilet, shower, and sink are separated). There was even a full cart for making hot water and coffee. It felt quite luxurious! The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and frequently checked in to see how my stay was going. It truly was a surprisingly delightful experience. The location is also excellent; just over 200 meters away, there's a tram stop, and a few stops will take you right to the city center. It's perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the central area. Highly recommend!

The hygiene is OK, and the bed in the room is quite comfortable. The design of the bathroom is a bit strange, but it is no problem to use it. The room is a little small, but the space design is quite reasonable, so it is not a problem to spread out the suitcases. The good thing is that the club has a relatively large business area and lounge area, and you can go in at any time to have some drinks, coffee, and snacks. There are few types, but it is better than nothing~ The nearby parking lot needs to walk for six or seven minutes. The hotel has a preferential price. You need to ask the hotel for a coupon before checking out

I stayed at Novotel Strasbourg from 5–6 June. A special thank you to Nagee at the front office, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay and provided excellent service. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy reach of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. However, this central location comes with significant noise. Even in the middle of the night, street noise was very noticeable. People talking loudly and creating disturbances on the street opposite the hotel could be clearly heard from the room. The room size was quite small, and the amenities were below my expectations for a hotel of this category. Overall, the location and helpful staff were positives, but the noise levels, room size, and limited amenities affected the overall experience.

Quality price wise is fantastic! The room is spacious and modern design. Amenity is great! There are slippers, Nespresso coffee and Nuxe products! There are quite a few parking spaces downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Super happy with the stay!

Overall, everything was great, except for a few issues on the first day: the shower had terrible water pressure, the kitchen extractor fan wasn't working, and some kitchen utensils were missing. Otherwise, the location was good, the room had a pleasant terrace, and it was easy to bring luggage up from the parking.

The location of the hotel is relatively biased, self-driving is no problem, and it is easier to find, and parking is free. It is more convenient to eat nearby. The facilities are equivalent to that of domestic Samsung. The price is relatively reasonable, and generally quite satisfactory.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.
