New Gudauri Rooms ★★★

"We booked the same day, booked during the day, arrived in the evening and checked in for 1 night. The second floor was waiting for us, fully equipped, there is a kitchen with everything you need, with dishes, a large refrigerator, gels, shampoos, towels in the bathroom. There were 8 of us, there were enough beds for everyone, and everything else. We settled in very comfortably. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the veranda. Wi-Fi worked great. We put 2 cars in the garage, they fit. Borjomi is 5 km away, far on foot, only by car. Down by the road they bake delicious flatbreads, hot, from the oven. Across the road is a grocery store. Nearby is a river and beautiful views."

"5 star for facilities, 3 star for service. This lodge has great perks (outdoor Jacuzzi, Sauna, Indoor pool) and this makes it one of the best lodges out in Gudauri. My highlight was using the hot jacuzzi at 9 AM in the morning when it started snowing. The privilege of hot water out in the open was amazing. Breakfast is also decent but live station costs 10 LARI (for e.g Omelette) which came as a surprise to me. A-la-carte menu is well stocked. I especially liked the Shkmeruli in garlic sauce. These perks are from 8 AM - 11 PM. However, I didn't quite appreciate the service to be honest in general which is why I gave it a low rating. I came during an off season (once the ski season stopped). There were no smiles exchanged at either the reception, restaurant or the house keeping. One would argue that with fewer guests, the quality of service would increase but this instead went downwards. It felt borderline rude as in our country we treat guests with a smile and make sure they feel welcome regardless of it being an off/on season. The only pleasantries we could exchange with were with a middle aged Israeli couple who we met at the pool. Other than that the lodge was pretty much dead in April/May. Our only recourse was to spend the day outside, get back by 6 pm, use the facilities until 10 and then crash to bed."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed for a couple of days, and everything was great. The location is especially convenient for skiing — right next to the hotel there is a slope, and if you go down just a little, you will reach the first ski lift. This made it very easy and comfortable to get on the slopes quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel"

"We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we visited the restaurant several times(almost every day) — and it was one of the highlights of our time in Gudauri. The restaurant is beautifully designed, very well organized, and offers excellent food quality. Everything we tried was well prepared, tasty, and thoughtfully presented. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Serjio, who truly made a difference. He helped us immensely with ski equipment rental and provided valuable information about the area. His English was excellent, and his attitude was genuinely helpful and positive — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. The restaurant comes highly recommended, even if you are not staying at the hotel. Based on this experience alone, we are confident that the accommodation must be of equally high quality. On our next visit to Gudauri, we will definitely choose Gudauri Loft Hotel for our stay. Great job to the entire team — keep it up!"

"The hotel is newly built and located near a ski area.The room we stayed in was spacious and had a kitchen and a washing machine. Please note that this hotel does not have a pool or spa; all amenities are located at its sister hotel next door. Additionally, breakfast was served at a nearby hotel (Hills Apartments), which was very inconvenient. If you’re looking for nightlife, the New Gudauri area might be a better choice."

"The view from the room is spectacular! The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with an amazing shower. It’s located about 5-10 minutes drive away from New Gudauri which is ideal - it makes it quiet and peaceful but still close to the hustle and bustle. The restaurant has amazing food!! They also have installed an elevator. I absolutely love this place and will definitely stay there again. "
