"For our one week stay, we expected a good place in this relaxing and historical town. We got so much more ! Excellent service, a stunning SPA facility and, cherry on top a great cake, an incredible restaurant. The food quality, variety end presentation could not have been better. The chef, that has been there for 30 years, definitely deserves a Michelin star. We'll surely go back. Best months to go are May or October. Avoid July and August, too hot and too crowded."

"I can't say enough about what a wonderful stay we had here. I unfortunately broke my foot on day 2 of the trip, and the entire staff bent over backwards to help us get to the hospital, change rooms, extend our stay, etc. They provided what we needed at every turn, and I will be forever grateful. We ate dinner at the lodging every night, and it was wonderful -- so much easier than driving out to find a restaurant at night. Overall, just a lovely stay, and the entire staff went out of their way to treat us well. That's something you don't often find these days."

Magic place even though it was raining unfortunately.....So much peace, opening the window enjoys the smell of the rosmarin,place where to enjoy nature. We'll be back in the beautiful season. "Arrival in the Umbrian countryside, magnificent building, very beautiful terrace, superb lighting in the evening and view of Gubbio in the distance. Beautiful swimming pool. Spacious air-conditioned and very pleasant rooms BUT, seems like a ghost hotel, 1 waitress doing the reception, the bar and the service. Disastrous restaurant, never in Italy have I eaten so badly! Parma ham cut very thick like mountain ham, 1 tomato cut into 3 pieces with mozzarella as caprese, eggs with mediocre zucchini, pasta with disgusting white ragù, ravioli as a second course drowned in a liquid, disgusting sauce. The waitress serves alone and does the reception, the dishes do not arrive together but the poor thing cannot do otherwise. The staff is nice but overwhelmed. Obnoxious housekeeper. Uninteresting breakfast. RESTAURANT 1 hotel 4 We left 4/5 for the hotel, its location and the quality of the rooms. But absolutely avoid the restaurant"
