"Beautifully designed hotel. Lovely room with fantastic views from the balcony. Excellent secure underground parking with access straight to room floors. Very nice staff throughout the hotel. Let down by food. Buffet dinner poor and saved only by an excellent bottle of red wine and the cheese. Breakfast was not much better. This hotel deserves a descent restaurant."

"We were on a motorcycle tour of span and Portugal and made a decision to stay at this hotel. Whilst the rooms and areas were clean, tidy and of a good standard, the staff were like cardboard. Unhelpful, unfriendly and a different version of Portuguese people that we had not previously encountered. A friendlier approach would have ensured a higher mark for the rating but everything appear too much trouble....it wasn't like they were busy. Very poor customer service would not visit again!!! "

"The most remarkable of the Ferrinho hotel was cleaning because everything was really dust and impotent, it was tasteful, even the smell was a detail careful with smeris. The room was not bad, for two people we had the right and necessary, that was, it was quite cold because, according to the explanations, Guarda is the coolest city of Portugal, and despite heating the air was not warm much. "we reserved the full house for 10 people, with PA. was ready for 8th and not half an hour, by message, we confirmed the number of guests and the question of PA. when we returned to the house in the morning, The PA had already been placed there, but we were still only bed for 8 people. What was not our surprise when we had checked out, we received an indignant call because we moved in the boxes! We got two pairs of linen, couchs and towels for two guests we paid and did not have the minimum necessary to spend the night! got to look for toilet paper that was not there near the pool! we moved to search for water, and we found about 10 bottles in the disposal: empty! we regret the event. I had almost everything to be a relaxed and quiet experience, which was eventually just one more, not repeated."
