"A disaster! Foreign kids (three busloads) who didn't understand French were screaming, running through the corridors, and banging on doors until 2:00 AM. And no staff to manage it! The room was tiny. Excessive heat and no other option than to crack open the window onto the avenue, the railway, and the highway: thanks for the rest of the night (no air conditioning to cool things down any other way). Furthermore, the reservation didn't match the request: one double bed instead of two single beds.
