"We stayed four nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The Junior Suite with a balcony facing the lake is spacious and clean with a wooden floor. The whole building is in an excellent condition. "The lake and mountain view from our cosy room for three was genuinely beautiful, and a special mention goes to the brunette waitress with glasses, who was always smiling, helpful, attentive, and brought such a positive energy. That said, our room was in the older part of the hotel and really needs updating, and we were disappointed to find a hair in the bed and that the shower and toilet were not properly clean. We were also disturbed at night by the garden and emergency-exit lights, although the hotel reacted quickly to cover them. Breakfast was decent overall, but we often found small pieces of eggshell in the scrambled eggs and a bit more variety like smoked salmon or avocado would be welcome, while dinner felt too expensive for the quality, so we preferred eating at nearby restaurants."

"Wonderful location with a fantastic view of Lake Como. The apartment is well-equipped and all amenities are provided and work properly. There's no air conditioning, but at 30 degrees Celsius, that wasn't a problem at all. The promenade (boat departure point), supermarket, and beach are all within walking distance."
