"We have just been to the Ca' del lago farmhouse, what can I say, if not a beautiful place, top swimming pool, with particular tiles, which attract the heat of the sun and are a beautiful colour, flowers and well-kept gardens. Mostly family-run management, everyone is extremely kind, comfortable room with hydromassage. The highlight for those who love animals is "Polpetta", a splendid, sweet bunny. Top quality food. "The lake and mountain view from our cosy room for three was genuinely beautiful, and a special mention goes to the brunette waitress with glasses, who was always smiling, helpful, attentive, and brought such a positive energy. That said, our room was in the older part of the hotel and really needs updating, and we were disappointed to find a hair in the bed and that the shower and toilet were not properly clean. We were also disturbed at night by the garden and emergency-exit lights, although the hotel reacted quickly to cover them. Breakfast was decent overall, but we often found small pieces of eggshell in the scrambled eggs and a bit more variety like smoked salmon or avocado would be welcome, while dinner felt too expensive for the quality, so we preferred eating at nearby restaurants."
