"We'd stayed at this property before and decided to return this year, again with our dog. We stayed at the Conventino, which offers all the amenities. The room was wonderful and very spacious. We used the pool as soon as we arrived. The tennis court is also available. The private spa offers a delightful view, all the way to the sea. The large fenced garden is perfect for our dog to roam around. Private parking is available. Excellent breakfast. The staff were kind and helpful. I also had a massage by Valentina, which made me feel better, given my numerous spasms. I've affectionately called her "Iron Man" hands... truly effective and competent. I highly recommend it."

"So disappointed with our stay in this pretty hotel located on the outskirts of Gradara. I had seen some disparaging reviews regarding the dreadful choice of cover pop songs being pumped out on repeat all day but never imagined they would be so loud and intrusive. It spoiled our time at the pool and we had to change plans to have supper at the hotel as the noise was so unpleasant in the dining room. The roar of the traffic would have been much more bearable. We could even hear the recordings in our bedroom and were unable to sleep. We had to get out of bed to ask for it to be turned down as the gentleman on reception refused to talk to me on the phone. He was extremely rude but grudgingly reduced the noise eventually. The other staff were all very pleasant but this individual, who spent a great deal of his time vaping in front of the hotel, would be better employed in a non customer-facing role. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds comfy but we thought for the price we paid we would have been provided with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and not just a single bottle of generic soap! Such a shame on so many levels."
