"The first room I was given was half cleaned, the floors hadn't been vacuumed, hadn't been mopped in ages. Thick cloth everywhere. Hair on the duvets. On request, the hotel gave me another room, which had been vacuumed, but had not been mopped for a while, the floors and furniture handles of the doors were sticky. In the bathroom numerous silverfish, some of them were really large. Very noisy, poor air quality, everything old. I have never experienced such a dirty hotel in third world countries. General areas were also not clean. It is that I would come back late at night to sleep, otherwise I would have looked for another hotel."
