"The management is very very poor. There is no water supply in the bathroom . After several times i reported that water supply is not coming in the bathroom then also no heari g from ma agement side which i could not take bath and left the hotel without taking bath. When ordered food the service was so late and the pulses which i ordered smell was coming from the pulses which i threw in the trash. Overall very very bad expirience in in this hotel. The stafs are very misbehaved. Guard of the hotel demanded extra money for handling luggage and argued very rudly for extra money."

Eventhough we have paid 100% amount to mmt, we were ready to leave, and booked some other 5 start hotel on the medical road gorakhour. We didn't even got call from the hotel that we are for the stay or not?"

"Cleaning staff are horrible, they don't want to clean room and bathroom just do some showoff go away, even they don't provide daily complementary items like water soap etc. Door mat was too much dirty, toilet was all yellow, bathroom wall was dirty, and they also use used bedsheet resption staff is very good kitchen and service staff is also good. Sorry had not taken any photo because i was not in mood to do complaint. They don't change towel daily"
