"This was my second stay, and I opted for the same 600-square-foot, one-bedroom layout. The hotel's location is fantastic – quiet yet convenient. Besides the San-A mall, there's also a 24-hour Union supermarket, Round-1, and Nishimatsuya nearby, which is extremely handy. There are also several restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge selection but was sufficient to fill up. The gym has basic equipment, and the outdoor pool is on the ground level, not on a higher floor. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, proactively helping with luggage and providing a detailed explanation during check-in. Also, as I had a two-year-old, daily cleaning supplies were needed, and the housekeeping staff provided extra cleaning cloths after tidying up. The Grave Cafe right next to the hotel is highly recommended. It's very close to Parco City by car, and getting to American Village, Aeon Mall Rycom, and Kokusai Dori usually takes 20-30 minutes."

"I stayed here for 4 nights for business purposes. The room was equipped with facilities for long-term stays, such as a washing machine and cooking utensils. It was also helpful that the bathroom had a dryer. There were many restaurants behind the hotel, so it was very convenient. There is a parking lot, but the number of spaces is limited, so we recommend making a reservation in advance. (¥800/1day) There is also a bicycle sharing stand in front of the hotel, so you can easily access the beach."
