"The room was spacious, suitable for a family trip. The price was affordable, the cleanliness was excellent, the environment was beautiful, the service was average, and the facilities were complete. I would stay here again next time. Highly recommended!"

"Great base on the South Coast Really enjoyed our stay at Mercure Gerringong Resort. Spacious, clean room with a comfy bed and handy kitchenette. Friendly staff and free parking. Quiet location just a short walk from Werri Beach and an easy drive to Kiama. Dinner was really good, and breakfast had a nice spread. Relaxed vibe overall — would happily come back."

"I really liked it, the service was very attentive."

"Close to cafes, shops and supermarkets."

"The room is larger, not 16 square meters, with a bathroom and a microwave; the small garden at the door is well-kept; the quilt is a bit sloppy and the quilt cover is not covered. It is more convenient to eat at the door. There is a park harbor right outside, where locals fish and there are many pelicans waiting for the fishermen to handle the fish. They are not afraid of people at all. Overall it's quite comfortable"

"Very Good"

"wonderful location and friendly staff! very clean and easy access to the beach and blowhole area, would definitely come again"

"Good size room with comfortable beds. Small dining table and amenities such as toaster and plates/cutlery was good to have"

"The room is large and said to have been renovated but it still feels shabby, especially the shower. The bed is king size with two single beds put together. The balcony only has a simple table and chairs, which is not suitable for sitting outside and enjoying a drink. The only entertainment facilities are the outdated gym downstairs and the 90s-style restaurant. There are no discounts for breakfast when staying at the hotel, and the food content is also disappointing. There are only the most basic cereals, eggs and bread. Why make it a buffet breakfast to deceive people? The breakfast view is good, the only plus. The front desk staff are all professional and friendly. The overall feeling is disappointing. As one of the only big hotels in Kiama, there is no competition and the facilities are so old. I will not choose it again."
