Park Hotel Oasi
"Very tired hotel ,needs a revamp Evening good so disappointing, flavourless and served by mostly waiting staff who are anxious for you to leave the restaurant as quickly as possible Pool has no shallow end and no steps for entry only the vertical ladders ,the surround is pleasant if you ignore the uneven tiles"
Sky Pool Hotel Sole Garda
"We stayed for 10 days at the Skypool Hotel, Garda. The hotel is in an excellent location, a few minutes walk to the shops and bars, 5 minutes to the harbour front and 5 minutes to the bus station. We booked half board, which is unusual for us. and intended to dine out 2 or 3 times. However, the quality of the food and service (dinner was table service) meant that we ate every night in the hotel. The restaurant staff, Marian, Ana, Angela, Daniela, and Labib, were so attentive, efficient, and friendly. A great asset to the hotel. Reception staff were also very friendly and efficient. Our room was pleasant and clean. The only downside was the outlook from the balcony. which overlooked the next building, although we did have a side view of the mountains. The rooftop bar, pool, and sunbeds were great, and the weather was excellent. Garda is a great base for ferry and bus trips to the lakeside towns and Verona. All in all, this was one of our best holidays. We saw a lot, but also had time to relax with a few glasses of Valpolicella, Bardolino, and Soave. We would highly recommend this hotel."
Hotel Alla Torre
"We were welcomed by a staff …… located right in the center with very kind staff, they were careful not to charge us any extra for the dog, the place is very clean and welcoming,"
Hotel Astoria
"We had a lovely few days here. If you want a fancy hotel with all the bells and whistles, then this place probably isn't for you. However, if you want somewhere in a fantastic central location, with friendly staff, a good breakfast and somewhere that is clean and welcoming, I would recommend thoroughly. The terrace upstairs is a great addition and was always quiet and relaxed. Overall, a great place to explore the lake and we hope to be back."
Hotel Villa Anthea
"When travelling to Lake Garda, and you should at least once, this hotel has a superb location, immaculate facilities, and is spotless throughout. What sets this hotel apart are the thoughtful extras - complimentary beach towel bag with two quality towels, and breakfast-to-go prepared for our early flight without any fuss. The team were genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, clearly empowered to solve problems immediately. Every interaction from check-in to departure and arranging excursions and activities, was seamless. Housekeeping standards were exemplary. These are the touches that separate good hotels from exceptional ones. Will definitely return and have already recommended to friends. Perfect for anyone who appreciates proper hospitality done right."
Hotel Eden Garda
"First time to Lake Garda and what can I say. When within half an hour of arriving fellow guests have come to welcome you and say what a fantastic time they are having you know you have made the right choice. The best 10 days were had staying here. Thanks to all who work there providing excellent, friendly, helpful service in all parts of the hotel. Food choice every night was of a very high standard. Thanks to Anna who looked after us in the restaurant. Lovely rooftop terrace and views. Always somewhere to sit or lie. Can honestly say it was the best hotel experience I’ve had. The shuttle bus was a saviour on returning to the hotel after days out exploring, as was the local shuttle which stopped just across the road. Will return!"
Hotel Palme & Suite
"The hotel is very clean , but comfortable because it is very little away from the lake ."
Hotel du Parc
"We stayed at the Du Parc during a heatwave with the temperature reaching mid thirties degrees. The hotel is a very large Italian stylish house. It sits on plenty of land, including a very nice pool, a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre. It's quiet, being away from the main town. View from the front of the hotel is across the lake which is wonderful. We had a very large triple room with a large bathroom including a very pleasant shower and separate toilet and bidet. Rooms were stylish and clean. Air conditioning was ok, it kept the room fairly cool, however it was extremely hot so I didn't expect it to keep the room cold. The plug sockets, by the way, are next to the light switches which aren't easy to spot at first especially next to the bed. The hotel restaurant has very good food with that great view across the lake and Garda town. The hotel Staff were very efficient and friendly. The cleaning staff were very good. Breakfast had an array of different options from a buffet and very high quality. Altogether the stay was excellent and would definitely return if I go back to Garda which is highly probable. "
Casa Cavour Garda
"This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Due to delayed flights we had to stay in Garda a night before moving on. So we booked this hotel at 9pm at night and the staff were so accommodating. It’s in a great area. I’m now sorry we only got to stay for one night. I will be back for a longer stay! "

Hotel Cortina
"Just returned from a fabulous stay at the family run Hotel Cortina. Greeted with a friendly welcome and a cold beer while getting checked in, before being shown the rear door of the hotel, leading directly in to the town centre, and less than 100 metres to the lake front. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with daily variations. Luigi was always willing to offer recommendations for places to eat, all of which were superb. The hotel is a great base for exploring Lake Garda and provides excellent value for money."
Locanda San Vigilio
"At the end of our one night stay, I asked the lovely Natalya at reception how come they are not classed as a 5 star establishment, given they offered a five star service and ambience. She replied with a smaile saying there was no 24 hour desk available. What there was in abundance was style and quality, the linen sheets, fluffy towels, superb dining facilities and a great breakfast served on a lakeside terrace. Definitely a place to return to."
Appartamenti Pratone
"Top location, very close to the lake, only about 1 km from the city center and harbor, very beautiful and well-kept complex, clean and beautifully furnished house. Very friendly and competent reception. Uncomplicated check-in and check-out."
Hotel San Marco
"Lovely stay in Lake Garda , hotel San Marco, friendly staff/owners , hotel spotless, our room was usually cleaned while we were at breakfast- Eggs were Lovely, always cooked well , owners even made a packed lunch for us on our last day aswell as we had an early flight Thanks again for making our stay special (room 22)"
Tobago
"We recently spent 4 blissful nights at this fantastic hotel. It was our first time to Garda and we were totally blown away by this area. The hotel is situated about a 15-20 walk to the lake in a lovely peaceful area, yes its an uphill walk back from the Lake but so worth it. As soon as we stepped into the hotel and we were greeted by the very friendly Receptionist I knew we were somewhere very special, there was such a tranquil feel about the Hotel, it all seemed too perfect to be real ! The selection and the quality of the food served for breakfast each morning was 5 star. We enjoyed a few hours each afternoon relaxing by the pool which which we found so refreshing. The prices for drinks and food by the pool were so reasonable and of very high quality. I particularly enjoyed my Pina Colada it was so well made. We booked dinner for one night during our stay and it was truly amazing. I had a the lobster with pasta and I have never tasted a nicer dish. The food and the service was amazing we enjoyed engaging with all the staff as they were just so nice. Our room was so nicely decorated and spotless and so quiet, good size and well appointment spacious bathroom. We are already looking forward to a return trip next year to this area and of course to this hotel. In these times in Europe where good staff are so hard to find. especially in the hospitality sector, The Management of the Tobago Hotel must be doing something right to retain such happy and hard working employees. We have never come across such perfect hospitality in all our lucky years of travel and we wish to thank every single member of staff that went out of their way to make our holiday a very special and memorable one. From the breakfast staff, the pool area staff, the chefs and staff that served us a wonderful dinner and to the very professional yet super friendly staff at Reception we say a huge Grazie Miele to you all for a wonderful holiday. we were sad to leave. Josephine & Paul Cork, Ireland"
Hotel Excelsior le Terrazze
Villa Madrina Lovely and Dynamic Hotel
"My family and I had a great stay at the Villa Madrina Hotel. The straff where so kind and accommodating, the hotel was beautiful and the location was just perfect with a 5min walk down to the city center/lake. Breakfast where also really lovely with a good and varied selection of food and really great coffee. Also a big plus that we could borrow bikes to explore the area. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
Residenza Olivo
"Beautiful complex and pool. Everything you could need was there. Clean and a great size apartment!"
Regina Adelaide Hotel & Spa
"Well what more can I say other than other than if you love a slice of Italian hospitality with a touch of tradition and charm this is the place for you and get it booked you will not be disappointed. We have just returned from a 10 night stay from this hotel and loved every minute of it and will definately be back to revisit this beautiful area of Italy. It has become a firm favourite of ours. The hotel itself is in a prime position on the lake front and a few steps away from the town with all the bars, restuarants and shops. The hotel is very traditional but provides all the amenities for a perfect stay. We stayed in a double room which was based at the back of the hotel. Considering the main road was near we had no noise issues with the double glazed window. The room was kept spotless by the maids and was plenty big enough for all personal belongings. I must say it was a wonderful sight to see enough coat hangers in the wardrobe to allow you to unpack for your stay. This is a real bugbear of mine when travelling not being able to unpack sufficiently for the duration of your stay. All the staff we encountered were polite friendly and professional and very helpful and most of all appeared happy in their jobs. The breakfast was wide and varied with both hot and cold options. Some hot options were cooked fresh to order from the kitchen. The breads and pastries were wide and varied due to the attached patisserie and tasted divine if they are to your personal taste. We didn't sample the evening meal menu as are not fans of a la carte dining but are aware that it was an award winning experience. The bus station is across the road and the the ferry ticket office is a 5 minute walk away so transport options are not an issue for exploring this beautiful area. We had a fabulous holiday and look forward to returning to this beautiful part of Italy. I can certainly see the reasons why other reviewers have returned to this hotel time and time again and we will definately be joining them."
Ca' Barbini Resort
"Our first visit to Garda and to Ca’ Barbini was unforgettable—and we will definitely be back! Ca’ Barbini is the perfect destination for a peaceful, relaxing getaway, with breathtaking views overlooking Lake Garda. Our room was spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast featuring a wonderful variety of fresh options. The elevated dinner service was equally impressive, made even more special by the stunning sunset views. The infinity pool was clutch on a hot summer day-and whoever does the landscaping here does an impeccable job! One of the most convenient amenities was the 12-hour shuttle service, which provides a quick five-minute ride directly into town. Thank you Giovanni! What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding hospitality from the entire team. A special thank you to Claudia and Roberto, who went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness made all the difference. We wish the entire team continued success and look forward to seeing you again very soon!"
Amaris
"Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff!! Excellent restaurant with good variety!! It is modern, clean and welcoming."
Hotel Bisesti
"Great size hotel located in a great spot in Garda town great rooms staff and facilities. Pool area fantastic for the area great bar service and daytime snacks. Breakfast and evening meals are also to a very high standard."
Poiano Garda Resort Hotel
"Overall 5 stars. Basic self-catering accommodation but everything we needed, clean and very comfy beds. Bus in/out of town was very handy. Kids loved the football pitch for playing with other kids in the evenings."
Hotel la Perla - Bike Hotel
"Well what a gem of a place…not a large hotel …4 floors and one view onto the car park or the other side out onto the pool…Rooms are small but done out very tasteful..,beach towels are provided with no charge and can be changed…pool is of very large size and plenty sunbeds for everyone…room was cleaned everyday and clean towels everyday…Food very good and a good choice…no fee for water or wine served in the dining area…no fee for safety box in the room either…Area is quite and you can across the round and around the corner is the bus station which all trips to the area of Italy go from even tui trips go from there…We would recommend the hotel for the staff politeness and friendly…we will be visiting again."
