"I stayed in an Elite Pool View Suite for three nights. It was wonderful to stay in such a historic hotel. The front desk staff were all smiling and helpful, which made my stay very pleasant. However, on one of the three nights, the bed wasn't made, and only the tip I left was taken. That was a little disappointing. But the lobby, the restaurant, and the jewelry shop were all very nice."

They charge way too much at night for not getting any sleep. When we voice start concerned the next morning, we were told there’s nothing I could do about it, but there is. "
