衞生非常不好，無法表達，直接拉黑，在也不會住的一個酒店，沒有停車場，樓下停車場是要收費的，早知道停車要另外收費也不會住那裡，主要是衞生跟本不過關。我連一顆星都不想給。需要入住的注意避坑。

在這個酒店住了兩晚上體驗感很差很差！我衹能説倒八輩子黴才選到這個酒店！首先這個酒店以智能化為賣點，小度笑**，喊他開燈他關燈，喊他開窗他關窗，喊他放首歌來個《分手之前》送給我；第二點是一點也不隔音！一點也不！隔壁説悄悄話我都聽得清楚，第一天晚上一晚上沒睡好覺，十二點多都還有人在吵，彷彿在我耳邊説話。第三點給我安排的房子廁所漏水，反正一進廁所到處都是水，沒有一次性拖鞋，那個涼拖鞋下面有洞洞每次去廁所叫都要打濕！結果當天滿房了，衹有第二天換個房間；第三點是換了個房間之後，我頭髮洗一半沒有熱水了，打電話給前台説是鍋爐壞了馬上燒好（你敢想一個智能酒店用鍋爐燒水給房客提供熱水），結果等了兩個小時，頭上頂着泡泡，催了前台一遍又一遍，前台一遍又一遍地推遲時間，一下半個小時來水，一下一個小時來水，最後以鍋爐壞了為原因讓房客自己把空調打開用冷水擦一下身體，真的栓q；第四點，早上七點鐘阿姨就來敲門，説有什麼事，結果根本與我們房間無關，是另一個房間喊的，我想請問一下，你們在溝通的時候不能確認一下房號嗎，清早八晨把別人喊醒？真的大無語了，來涪陵考試本來想訂個安靜的酒店好好休息一下，結果兩天晚上都沒有休息好。

這家酒店真心可以。設施夠全，充電方便，洗澡水熱得快，日常用着順手不費勁。衞生沒話説，房間、浴室都乾乾淨淨的，沒怪味兒，看着就舒服。我一個人住，這兒挺安靜，晚上睡得踏實。電梯要刷卡，安全感挺足。服務也實在周到，忘帶充電器前台很快送來，還有免費早餐，味道也很不錯。
