"Visited Frome Premier Inn for 2 nights, 4th and 5th of May. Everything was really easy which is credit to the staff. Check in really quick, no issues. Rooms really clean with all of the things you would expect. Comfy beds, great shower, tea/coffee making facilities, good TV. Very quiet place to stay. Had a really good nights sleep on both evenings. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. A bonus was the Beefeater restaurant attached to the hotel. We had 2 evening meals and a breakfast and all meals were really good. Lots of parking available. Absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. Thankyou to all the staff."

"This was our second trip and won't be the last. We first booked here because it's convenient for Longleat - and we loved it. It's set in glorious countryside, not too far from Frome, Bath and some very pretty villages. The farm has chickens, geese, friendly dogs and a pony as well as magnificent views. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is absolutely perfect. Joss and her team are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (we needed to avoid Glastonbury traffic for a planned visit and were given a detailed diversion that saved us a LOT of time). The garden is also extremely pretty. All in all a lovely place in which to recharge"

"We stayed in the family suite and I cannot rate our stay highly enough. There is no need that a family could have that they have not anticipated. Large bottle of fresh milk in fridge - tick. Wine opener - big tick. Toys, nappy bin, stair gate, DVDs (hundreds), story books, night lights for kids- tick, tick, tick. Ginormous bed, black out blinds, shampoo & conditioner - tick. Breakfast was another absolutely delightful experience. Rosie kindly cooked all of our random assortment of orders and I have not had such a velvety plate of scrambled eggs in forever. Beans, sausages, bacon, home baked bread and jams, fresh berries, cereals, the whole kit and kabodle. The setting is magical - a rushing brook, cobbled walls, a gorgeous seating area in a sun trap. Bill and Rosie are the most wonderful team and such a joy to chat to. It is the first place I will look to stay again when we visit family in the area. "
