We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, around 11 am, to ask if we could change there since the wedding we were attending was at noon and check-in wasn't until 3 pm. We discovered that I had canceled the room in February but had forgotten. The reception desk clerk, Jessica, could not possibly have been nicer and more helpful about it; she offered to call other hotels to try to find us a nearby room. Less than 10 minutes later we returned to the desk after changing, and in that space of time she had booked us a comparable room next door but had also received an unexpected cancelation, booked us the Courtyard room, and canceled the other reservation she had just made. She did this while juggling incoming phone calls and other guests coming to the desk, and there was never a hint of anything but at attitude warm friendliness and helpfulness. It was really an impressive thing to behold. WE would have certainly been exasperated/irritated with us in this situation, but she was all courtesy and composure. She then let us check in early to the room she just booked for us, so we dropped our bags and made it to the wedding in plenty of time. And btw, the room was lovely and spacious, a ground floor room with a small private patio that opened onto a nice lawn.

The property is old and dated. There were people hanging off the balcony after dark and children setting off blasting caps in the parking lot. Room had been updaged with new comfortable bed but the room had mild stale cigarette smoke smell, Did not bother with breakfast since we understood it was only pastries/coffee/juice provided. Price was a little high considering the age of the property and services provided.

I was in town for the Frederick Running Festival, and this hotel was walkable to the fairgrounds where we needed to go. It is cinvenient, comfortable and (most important) clean. The manager Ragy was very helpful, and when we were unable to make it to breakfast, he provided us with a bagged one.

Room was updated except for the bathroom. Bathtub had a crack in the bottom that was huge. Found a few small bugs in bathroom. Bathroom light looked like it had never been cleaned with the amount of debri from the fan and little dead bugs in the light. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy but pillows were lumpy so hard to get comfy. Stayed 2 nights. Not my first time here but might look elsewhere next time I’m in the area.

Thoughtful front desk staff! I had a refreshing stay here for several days, as I was able to connect with my deployed military husband. He surprised me, and when I walked in I was more than happy to see him! It was our anniversary and Shaina, Amena and Mary took the time to congratulate us and our milestone anniversary. The hospitality really had me feel like I was at my home away from home! Would definitely stay here again! :) 5 STARS!!!!

When I checked in, there was a mix up about my room type. But the very friendly and helpful front desk staff quickly handled and corrected the mix up. The staff is very friendly! There was no housekeeping service because of labor issues. But they were quick to provide us with additional towels and take away our trash. They have complimentary coffee and hot water all day! There are snacks, beverages, and liquor that can be purchased in the lobby. One complaint is that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would like. The crevices in the shower and corners of the bathroom were disgusting. There was a long hair that did not belong to me or my husband in the shower, stuck to the shower gel. We had a suite and the bathroom was not near the bedroom, which is where the closet and dresser was. This made getting dressed complicated since I had to walk back and forth to get to my clothes and toiletries. Additionally, after using the bathroom, you have to touch the doorknob to get out of the bathroom-before you can wash your hands. So, be sure to sanitize that doorknob! It was nice to be able to open the window for fresh air. However, there was green mold growing in the window. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, the accommodations were reasonable for the price.

It is really a suite, bright, spacious and quiet. It is also equipped with a simple kitchenette and a large refrigerator. It exudes a strong American simplicity and generosity inside and out. In the morning light, the wonderful combination of town, countryside and countryside gives people peace and comfort. The hotel also has washing machines and dryers for guests to pay for self-use, which is very practical for tourists. The hotel provides a common American breakfast, which can’t be said to be very rich, but it is enough. A few minutes walking distance is a commercial plaza, where many restaurants and shops gather, which brings great convenience to the life of tourists. The biggest reason for staying at this hotel is: Frederick, one of the top 10 cities in the United States, has a rich history, culture and architecture. Unexpectedly, there are Premium outlets in Hagestown, dozens of kilometers away. Although they are not large in scale, they are better than not crowded and can get a good shopping experience.

I usually stick with more upscale names (along with their upscale prices), but decided to give this Comfort Inn a try. Very glad I did. Large, spotlessly clean room; fridge, coffee maker, microwave, A/C all worked fine. Closest thing to a criticism that I can come up with is that breakfast could be a little heartier -- but then, there are plenty of restaurants practically within walking distance. So, happily recommend without qualification.

Large, spotlessly clean room; fridge, coffee maker, microwave, A/C all worked fine. Closest thing to a criticism that I can come up with is that breakfast could be a little heartier -- but then, there are plenty of restaurants practically within walking distance. So, happily recommend without qualification.

We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, around 11 am, to ask if we could change there since the wedding we were attending was at noon and check-in wasn't until 3 pm. We discovered that I had canceled the room in February but had forgotten. The reception desk clerk, Jessica, could not possibly have been nicer and more helpful about it; she offered to call other hotels to try to find us a nearby room. Less than 10 minutes later we returned to the desk after changing, and in that space of time she had booked us a comparable room next door but had also received an unexpected cancelation, booked us the Courtyard room, and canceled the other reservation she had just made. She did this while juggling incoming phone calls and other guests coming to the desk, and there was never a hint of anything but at attitude warm friendliness and helpfulness. It was really an impressive thing to behold. WE would have certainly been exasperated/irritated with us in this situation, but she was all courtesy and composure. She then let us check in early to the room she just booked for us, so we dropped our bags and made it to the wedding in plenty of time. And btw, the room was lovely and spacious, a ground floor room with a small private patio that opened onto a nice lawn.

Thoughtful front desk staff! I had a refreshing stay here for several days, as I was able to connect with my deployed military husband. He surprised me, and when I walked in I was more than happy to see him! It was our anniversary and Shaina, Amena and Mary took the time to congratulate us and our milestone anniversary.
