"9/12/2026 I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel, particularly with the front desk service on Sunday morning. The front desk agent had her two young children with her behind the desk, and they were extremely disruptive. At one point, they were rolling around in a chair behind the front desk while the lobby was very busy with guests having breakfast and checking out. I completely understand that childcare situations can happen, and I sympathize with anyone who may find themselves in a difficult situation. However, having young children playing behind the front desk during one of the busiest times of the morning came across as very unprofessional and negatively affected the overall atmosphere and guest experience. In the hospitality industry, the front desk is the first and often most important point of contact for guests. Guests should be able to expect a professional, calm, and welcoming environment, especially during a busy checkout period. I hope management will address situations like this so that future guests receive the level of professionalism and customer service they should expect when staying at this hotel."

"The room was okay with nice floors. Bathroom and bathtub could have been cleaner. The room had an odor when we arrived but got better after leaving the door open for awhile."

"The location is very good, just a few minutes drive from the historic district of Winchester. There is a gas station, restaurant (including KFC) in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel has a rich breakfast and fruits (apples, summer oranges) are available 24 hours in the lobby. The room is quiet and comfortable."

"Nice and clean place to stay overnight. Only issue is that they do not offer a pet free handicapped accessible room (not specified on upon booking), which was needed but due to severe allergies we had to transfer to another room. They did upgrade us however to pet free but accessibility was slightly an issue due to this."

"Very good. Hotel looks fresh and cozy. Guest laundry, pool, gym, 24/7 coffee and hot water - everything is available. However, I catched 2 small insects (I have no idea how they come from outside, but most likely they were from outside). There are also some black spots on walls. Breakfast is good - eggs (boiled and scrambled) and sausages, you can also make pancakes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Totally, it is a good place to stay."
