The rooms are modernly designed, seamlessly blending authentic mountain charm with contemporary lifestyle. This really appealed to us."

"It's sad that we felt ripped off like this. Upon arrival, we were politely asked to pay an additional cleaning fee for the room. They wouldn't give us the key otherwise. Even though the booking form clearly stated that this was the final price, we felt cheated and ripped off by the hotel. When we asked for an invoice for the extra charge, we received a slip of paper that was neither signed nor stamped, nor properly issued. It's simply appalling to rip off travelers like this!"
