"Room beautiful, spa excellent, waiter for 6 nights excellent (different waiter last night, rude) Food ranged from excellent to poor. Half board doesn’t include water! The tap water is delicious, but only able to drink in your room. Massively over-priced wine. You don’t know what price you’re paying if you ask for a glass of wine with your meal, until you get the bill the next morning, and it’s extortionate. Left us feeling ripped-off. Staff very friendly and pleasant. (Except last night). Didn’t get any of that “Austrian family “ friendliness I’ve experienced in other Austrian hotels. Owners couldn’t/wouldn’t speak English. Luckily my partner could speak German so they said hello to him. Overall a great hotel, but they need to stop being so money grabbing over drinks. Nothing to drink with the afternoon snack. Even a glass of water would be charged to your room. Just left a bad taste after our stay here. A great shame."
