Has a very welcoming feel and breakfast was fab too. If you like a proper seaside bed and breakfast then you really can't go wrong here. Teapots!! An absolute bonus. "

"Could have been a little cleaner. Few items needed mending - shower screen, carpet grips were sharp. Nice location once we found the street name Booked tennis but was water logged so too slippy to play Good kitchen if wanted to make meals Hot water was hot but was signs saying so Filey 5 mins drive - see photo for Parking close to the beach"
