A female guest had argued with me about breakfast before I checked in. After checking in, the front desk immediately offered to give me a good review. Is that reasonable to give me a good review before I even checked in? ② At night, children were playing loudly in the hotel hallway, and no one was paying attention. ③ At 9:20 AM, I arrived at the second-floor restaurant for dinner. All the tables were full, but there were no plates, chopsticks, or meals. Many guests were left standing around waiting. After finally getting to the table, the eggs were undercooked. I reported it to the staff, and they just said, "Oh!" without even a casual apology. ④ If they didn't accurately estimate guest flow, they could at least have calculated how many guests were eating breakfast the night before and prepared accordingly. ⑤ The scales in the gym were out of battery. This kind of infrastructure isn't just for show; it needs to be attended to."
