Not a safe situation. We left as no one in our group felt comfortable staying. Not a resort and completely false advertising!"

"All the basic cleaning that you would expect from a hotel (vacuuming the carpet, sweeping the floor, wiping yesterday's syrup off the breakfast tables, etc.) was neglected. Our nightstand had sticky beverage residue all over it, the bathroom floor had a lot of dust and hairs on it, and the carpet had a lot of easily visible debris from the previous guests."

"This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's an hour's drive from Mount Rushmore. The hotel is very clean, and the lobby is fully equipped. The air conditioning is not too noisy. The shower water pressure is strong. Breakfast is not included. There are complimentary drinks, a gym, and a kitchen. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mount Rushmore."

"Do NOT stay here! The shower/tub was stained a dirty brown. The whole room was run down and not very clean. There was a water pressure problem, which we not told about until our checkin at 10:00pm, which made showering impossible. The flooring was a cheap roll vinyl type with gaps in the seams. Definitely NOT worth the money!!!"
