"Super friendly staff that actually stood out compared to other premier inns. Very warm and welcoming. Breakfast and restaurant next door also stood out compared to others. Lovely welcome from the lady who used to be an estate agent, and even gave us tips on areas to explore! It's just guest relations online that lets Premier inn down, and the fact they don't seem to act on any of their policies and always have an excuse makes it frustrating! We will be returning to this premier inn again! 💯"

"We just left 14, Craignish most reluctantly after a three night stay. It was beautifully furnished, warm with all amenities we looked for and more besides. Lovely and clean, (even in the corners!) lovely and warm. The finding instructions were not clear so we had to phone the given number twice. Our call was answered immediately by a lovely lady who willingly helped us. The area around is in the process of redevelopment, which will only improve the apartments surroundings. Very close to a retail park, buses, cinema and Grahamston railway station. We used public transport for our excursions. More than satisfied. The apartment was over and above our expectations. Hope to return one day."

Travelodge Falkirk ★★★

"I picked Travelodge because you can generally rely on a reasonable basic standard. I was not particularly impressed with this one. It is hard to spot from the road, as the signage is poor. The parking is free, which is a bonus. It has an A road on one side and a motorway on the other. Our room was the motorway side. It was a warm night and the room was hot, necessitating the window being open. A screen helped somewhat dull the noise, but it was still extremely noisy all night. The advertised "kingsize" room was not, in fact, a kingsize but a regular double. We had only two bathtowels provided, no handtowels. The one staff member we saw was not particularly friendly or welcoming. In the morning, there was no one around. Usually there are cleaning staff at the very least but the whole place was dead quiet with no staff to be found at all. Overall, it was adequate, but I would not stay here again if I was coming to the area."

"Highly commended. Procedure for entry was seamless. Andrew met us at the door and provided an excellent overview of apartment procedures, keys etc. Tiffany was happy to accommodate our early arrival. 1st floor facing the cathedral across the road quiet. Apartment clean and everything operating. Taxis outside the door if you needed one. Easy access to town facilities. We went everywhere on buses. Cafe around the corner in Glebe St -The Mustard&Fork - was an absolute gem. Ed and staff were such great hosts it was our goto cafe for breakfast each day."
