"We received a friendly welcome from the hosts. They all speak English which is a bonus. The room was rather small - it was a room for 2 - but clean and the bathroom was nice with a heated towel rail, which we don't always see in some hotels, and it came in handy as the early mornings were very cold. The breakfast was superb, and the stewed prunes and fruit salad were sublime. Delicious cheeses and thick creamy yoghurt complete the gastronomic delights. Definitely enough to set one up for a day of exploring the region."

"Enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff, lovely pool. Only fault there wasn't enough storage space for our clothes as there were no drawers and only a small hanging space. Take a kettle with you if you want tea/coffee in your room like we do."

"My husband and I wanted to enjoy a quiet time in rural France and this was the perfect place! Nathalie (and daughter Chloe) provided a warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was lovely, spacious, and clean with updated bathrooms. The property provides serenity and beauty. Nathalie helped us get tix to Monet's house/garden in Giverny and provided tips on other outings which we enjoyed. Breakfast features delicious homebaked croissants and treats with local jams, honey, etc. We highly recommend this sweet getaway!"

"Stayed here 3 times now on our way to and from Spain. Excellent overnight stop. Great rooms, excellent restaurant, great staff and the added attraction of being on the River Seine with the huge barges going up and down stream. Can't wait for our stop next year!"

"I chose this hotel at the boarding, parking and how nice, enough restaurants nearby. Super fine room, good bed, air-conditioning that worked, a breakfast where everything was enough. But I hadn't expected this hotel to have no lift to the first floor, but I'm sorry that is not mentioned in the hotel's description. Another comment: "Do not make assumptions as a receptionist, if you haven't spoken to the guest" ...er was said Auf Wiedersehen .... because I was sitting among the German guests to breakfast??? Watch for these assumptions it makes your hotel less valuable."
