"Beautiful hotel, right downtown, with truly exceptional service and delicious breakfast. I arrived very late after a long travel day, and accidentally left my key in the door, which could be dangerous in the city's downtown as a solo traveler. The hotel does hourly rounds, found my key quickly, and had it at the front desk for me first thing the next morning. The room was immaculate and newly remodeled with really nice details such as custom tile. The breakfast tasted home-cooked with eggs, bacon, and even fresh donuts. The only (minimal) downside was that I did not find a hair dryer in the room. I'll gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Eugene!"

"Newly remodeled but way too dark This place has new carpet, light fixtures and paint. But it’s way too dark. Not enough light for business computer work. Still has the old fashioned popcorn ceilings in the rooms. And the sleeper sofa is a slick, slide off, noisy fake Lester. And the cable tv has the same programming on two different cable channels - all mixed up - asked the staff twice to get tv provider to fix- showed them on the dining area TV - they agree it’s a problem but don’t get it resolved."

"We stayed at room 103, it has a funny smell and the blanket stinks. Maybe the funny smell of air refresher is trying to cover the stink. No shampoo or body wash is offered. Would not stay here again."
