"1 this room had horrible train noise coming from the split air. Sounded like a plane taking off. The sound never turned off. The tv never worked right. You’d watch something and then it would shut down. I would never stay here again. The person at the front desk wouldn’t give us another room. She said they were booked. However we seen other wise. She wouldn’t even give us credit off. Poor service"

"Nice comfortable place to stay and visit the nearby National Monument. One of the lights didn't work because the nearby electrical outlet was worn out and unable to hold a plug. The light fixture itself had come apart as well. So the furnished table was in the dark. We brought it to the attention of the front desk when we checked out. The receptionist commented that there are many outlets like that in the hotel and would let the maintenance staff know. Otherwise, the room wasn't fancy and was large, clean and comfortable. We were grateful that the hotel allowed us to have our puppy with us in the room. The floor had simulated wood flooring and not carpeted, which is another plus for us since we have allergies to some carpeted areas. The toilet was a bit low for this older couple though and it was difficult to use. A taller commode would be very helpful as would a well placed grab bar."
