"Ktima Develekou is a fantastic place: the house is in a peaceful and quiet area, you have quick access to a very nice beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can swim in the beautiful sea, sit on the large terrace and enjoy the view of Hydra, Dokos and Spetses. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. And the most important value are the wonderful hosts, Katerina and Giorgos. So friendly, hospitable, helpful and attentive. They make you feel at home! We were delighted with the homemade breakfast that Katerina served for us, as well as the amazing olive groves at the background hills. Thank you Katerina and Giorgos for excellent stay, we will definitely come again!"

"+ location - dirty pool, lights in the pool fell out and just hung there. Not sure how safe that is? - place needs maintenance. - breakfast was really terrible. Dry bread from the freezer. Dry pastries. Orange juice not fresh. Coffee terrible. Couldn’t wait to get home to have a nice breakfast again… - not relaxing in any way. Sound level probably same as any charter hotel due to a larger group of families that acted like they owned the place. Staff did nothing about it. Talked to some other guests and we were all really disappointed."

"Vasilis is the BEST! We were stuck in Nafplio with no way back to Athens because of the wildfires. Another amazing gentleman, Antonis, was able to talk to Vasilis and get us a place to stay in Ermioni so we could catch the ferry in the morning. It was already late, and Vasilis himself waited up until we got there. He didn't just give us the key and pointed to our room. He walked with us to our room, explained how everything worked, asked about our day, and even gave us some great recommendations for dinner. He made us feel right at home after what had been a long, exhausting day. My wife and I are very grateful for your help! The room itself was very clean and comfortable. We got a great night's sleep and were up and ready to go the next morning. Highly recommend this place!"
