Hampton Inn by Hilton Cardiff San Diego ★★

"I can only say that the facilities and environment are definitely not worth the price. At night, if you have poor eyesight, you can hardly see what's inside the house. There are only two small bedside lamps and a small table lamp in the whole room. It looks like a guesthouse from the 60s or 70s. It's hard to describe!"

Cardiff by the Sea Lodge ★★★

Comfort Inn Encinitas Near Legoland ★★

"Everything was fine, the carpet was very dirty and the armchair in the room was also dirty"

Days Inn by Wyndham Encinitas Moonlight Beach ★★

"The breakfast is a pack per person, which contains two snacks and a box of juice, which is better than nothing. The facilities are relatively old, but very clean, quiet, and cost-effective."

Brisa Pacific Hotel Encinitas ★★

"Located next to the train tracks this somewhat shabby hotel is definitely thin on amenities and would be more of a 3 star range in regards to condition of the room, quality of the comfort of the beds, and overall feel of the place. It’s got a rundown sort of feel and needs a serious updating"

The Encinitan Hotel & Suites ★★★

"Checked in with Jeff very easy yet not very personable. Amenities extra $15/day even if you’re not using. Gym pool spa internet parking buffet breakfast. No disability parking in front door entrance only back (which was to far away from room) no help offered with luggage (only self service heavy push carts) Did not ask if I wanted help or if I was going to utilize these amenities. Room smelled of heavy use chemicals to clean room. (Could taste it). Ocean view claim with balcony was actually only seen if you walked and peered to the left. Bed not the most comfortable. Exit room door would slam at night very loud. Walk in tile shower floor slippery while showering and shower head had very low pressure."

Twelve Senses Retreat ★★★★

"Most amazing place, came to explore the area a few days before a conference and what a lovely find this was! The food was amazing and a joy to experience each morning. Our room was so welcoming and the bed was so comfortable . Incredible hostess and eye for detail. All sustainable , really appreciated! Will come again!"

Rodeway Inn Encinitas North ★★

"The location is very good, very close to the beach The facilities are relatively old and basically have signs of rust Very clean A bit close to the railway station and a bit noisy Free parking is available"

Alila Marea Beach Resort Encinitas ★★★★★

"Very good choice, especially recommended, the scenery, the service is very good, it is convenient to bring the elderly, absolutely empty the holy place, a good place to watch the sunset, slippers and toiletries can be asked at the front desk"
