Impeccable service from all the staff, both at reception and in the dining room. A generous and varied buffet breakfast. Fabulous value for money. I recommend the superior double room; it was completely renovated and located on the fourth floor, away from the school groups. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended."

Yes, the bathroom is dated but who spends their time in there?! The shower was hot so perfectly happy with that. The food was tasty too. In my opinion a lovely 3 star hotel and a perfect base for a skiing holiday in Encamp"

The restaurant is exquisite, so much so that even locals from Andorra frequent it for family meals and gatherings with friends. A hidden gem in the heart of nature."

I stayed in a superior double room - magnificent views from the balcony, and made use of the hotels spa area. Lots of walks to do. I didn’t eat an evening meal but I did have the breakfast (very civilised times - breakfast ran up until 11am) and the choice was extensive (and beautifully done)."

"Firstly this is an isolated place (hotel)? It is ski in ski out due to the fact it's a good 10 minutes by car up the mountain. The local town has two taxis so don't plan on getting up and down to town too often as you'll struggle to get cab. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life and I did do hostels in my youth. On the plus side it is warm and the female receptionist was very helpful in our bid to escape, in fact she arranged us a lift with a fellow inmate that was driving to town to meet friends as we couldn't get a cab!! We booked for four days but left after a few hours, how anyone can say that this place is ok or that the food (which was dreadful and cold) is ok is beyond me. As they say you get what you pay for however the hotels pictures are a grave misrepresentation!"
