"Positives: The hotel is well located, the staff is nice. Negatives: Not a good experience overall, especially for 88 EUR/night. The room was small, but that's okay for a one night stay. There is only AC in the middle of winter served as a heater and if I turned the temperature over 21 Celsius degrees (outside it was around 0 degrees so very cold) the AC was so loud, I couldn't sleep because of it. The wifi was not working at all. I wouldn't recommend this place."

"The room is as in the picture, everything is there. But. But!!!! The front door lock was broken, they didn't fix it, they didn't change the number. The door to the bathroom does not close. Food in another building, 5-10 minutes from the hotel, normal, from 7 to 10, but by 9.40 there is little left. The bedding, beds, pillows are good, as well as stylishly done in general, but there are already a few cracks on the walls."

The address is between the train station and the old town, and there are almost no shops around. There is no kettle in the room, so if you are thirsty, you can only go to the hotel bar to solve it. "I booked 6 rooms, we came to Eger with 12 people for a team building. The rooms were quite old, retro / old school. The rooms were clean. The hotel was in the city center, easily accessible. The staff was nice, check-in was quick and easy. The spa department was very bad: the jacuzzi fell apart and the jacuzzi water was dirty and sandy. For many of us, the breakfast was also disgusting, several day-old kind of bread and low quality food."
