"The room large and clean, the staff at reception was polite and helpful and the staff in the bar were very attentive. Overall a great stay👍"

"Great rooms and breakfast, but let down by poor service The room was comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff seemed friendly at first – but unfortunately, a few issues really let the stay down. One of our party was given a room with a broken toilet that wouldn't flush, and the hotel refused to send anyone to fix it. Worse still, we'd booked a coach through the hotel to take our group to a wedding venue, but the driver abruptly refused to take any luggage, leaving half of us to scramble for taxis while the bus left with only some of the group. The hotel offered no help with alternatives, and the driver was downright rude. On a positive note, you can get a great-value discount for the leisure centre, gym, and pool next door – but given the service failures, I'd think twice before booking here for an event."

"Owners were so friendly and accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was Brilliant,( good choice, and very tasty) the room was very clean,Top class B&B everything as it should be, and excellent breakfast. Rooms spacious, large bed very comfortable. Hosts very helpful and friendly. All tastes catered for even down to tea bags & Coffee already in the room!! Loads of information about the area, would be happy to return perfect location to walk into town"

"We arrived soon after check-in was available & didn't have to wait long & our room was available straight away. We were able to park the bike behind the gates/building, out of sight, which is a bonus for us. The room was clean and spacious, the bed huge & comfy. The show was not as powerful as we hoped, but breakfast made up for it."
