The room wasn't very soundproof, and a child running around next door was disturbing our sleep. Cleanliness really needs improvement. Upon entering the room, we found cigarette butts in the bathroom and hair everywhere in the shower. The breakfast service was a bit confusing. The lady said the rule was one steamed bun and one egg, but I don't eat steamed buns and wanted two eggs. She said it wasn't possible, citing company policy and that it was difficult for her.
