"Save your money, not worth the $500/night. Parking lot is always closed , leaving you to have to walk a quarter mile to get inside. Staff are nowhere to be found, Front desk staff are never there, or take forever to deal with. House keeping is subpar, a blind monkey could clean the rooms better than this. Mini fridge didn’t even work, it was warm and melting. You’d think for this “new hotel” they’d have better standards , especially being part of the Hilton brand. Fix your WiFi please. Try to actually do something about this, all your owner responses to people’s grievances are left empty handed, with no remorse or sympathy towards your paying customers. We don’t need to be told to speak with Hilton customer care, just do your jobs to the best of your ability and fire the incompetent staff. Quick fix, solves all your issues. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff; but ,WiFi turns on and off, & House keeping sucks. All they do is change the towels, beds aren’t re-made, they don’t clean the floors or clean the bathroom. Ive left for work events at 8am the last 3 days . They had all day long to make sure my room was cleaned & services. They Have had my bathroom essentials left empty like shampoo/body wash/handsoap for the last 3 days. They haven’t replaced absolutely anything. This is my 3rd week at this hotel for work events & not once has house keeping gone above and beyond to make sure the rooms are perfectly. For the price of this “luxury” hotel ($200-300+/night) you’d think the management would stay on top this & making sure housekeeping makes the rooms look phenomenal. I’ve left notice up front and left notes for housekeeping but they keep ignoring everything or just not caring at all. Save your money and go next door to the Hilton Inn, probably will have much better experience"

"Dibick is invincible, just in the central city, the main street is out, especially convenient, all kinds of food and drink, the ancient buildings of the old city are within walking distance, very suitable for business and vacation, have the opportunity to come. I got up late in the morning and didn't eat the hotel breakfast, but it was a pity!"
