"Due to the hurricane coming through, our tournament got canceled. I tried to cancel my eoom, but they refused to cancel even knowing we werent coming. I would have taken a credit for future use but that wasnt even offered. Instead of canceling, i get an email saying they are keeping my reservation. Mind you, check in is at 4pm (i think) and this email was senr at midnight. First time we stayed here, no complaints. Besides they not cleaning our room."
