"After one day, the hotel manager changed my room—thanks to him, he was very kind. However, on the first day when I arrived at the hotel, there was a Black woman with glasses at the reception. She was neither polite nor friendly. This Black woman with the glasses at the reception ruined my vacation. I went on vacation, but this woman at the reception really ruined it. There were hairs on the bed, and even though I showed her photos, she refused to accept that the room was not clean. But after speaking with the manager, he changed my room and gave me a larger one with breakfast included. Thanks for the boss of hotel"
