"The room has a 40cm degree next to bed; to go to the bathroom has more than 2 of about 15cm, which becomes very dangerous especially at night. During our hosting a needessaire was provided with personal hygiene items ,(which every hotel offers) and of low quality ; it happens that we used the shampoo and the air conditioner on the first day and it was not repaired; I went to the pharmacy and bought shampoo, We close our account and leave the hotel and for my surprise we ask a connection charged to needsai !!!! absurd !!! Outside that the cover is old and a league of a synthetic material not suitable to cover. I don't recommend."

"I've stayed at this hotel twice, and the last time I had a terrible experience. The door malfunctioned and needed repairs, and the Wi-Fi is unstable and makes it difficult for those who need to work. Worse still, I needed drainage due to a health issue, and they charged an absurd fee for a professional to come to my room for a 45-minute consultation. I was shocked by the hotel staff's lack of sensitivity. The next time I'm in town, I'll have to look for another lodging option, as this lack of human touch is something I can't accept."

However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was questioned whether it had been paid because it was not included in the system. Even saying that I had already made the payment, I had to pass the card again. That has generated a certain constraint. The reception staff needs to be better serviced."
