"I booked a room with a terrace, hoping for a beautiful sea view, but I was assigned to the ground floor, so I couldn't see much. I understand that room availability is limited. The facilities in the room are not very clean, and this four-star hotel seems to require a lot of self-discipline from guests; cleanliness is something that guests need to manage themselves. Since I usually do a preliminary clean when I check into a hotel, I found that the wet wipes I used to clean the freezer turned brownish in colour, making me completely hesitant to use the freezer. The living room is spacious, but the shower room is very narrow, although the kitchenette is well-equipped. Overall, it doesn't feel like a four-star hotel."
