"Positive yet Unfortunate, I’m dyslexic and had accidentally booked a room for the 19th instead of the 12 and Because it was a saver room I could not get a refund due to there stupid policy. 30 quid down the drain. But naz (usually located at leatherhead) and Iryna helped in every way they could, even though be it there was nothing to be done. Terrible company, wonderful people !!"
