"I chose this hotel because of the excellent online reviews praising its environment and cleanliness. After placing the order, I contacted the front desk requesting a quiet room, preferably a non-smoking one. The front desk acknowledged my request and said they would arrange it immediately, even having the housekeeping management personally handle my request! Upon arriving at the hotel, I checked in at the front desk. They offered complimentary bottled water and candy. The room they assigned was quite far from the elevator, and they even turned on the air conditioning beforehand. The room was surprisingly spacious! The room was also very clean, and all the facilities were complete. My room was on the 6th floor, offering a view of the city skyline. Throughout the check-in process, I was impressed by the high level of service from the front desk and housekeeping staff. I was surprised by how much service has improved in a small town, and they weren't at all as stiff as people from Northwest China are known for; they spoke very gently. I was quite satisfied with their attentiveness to customer needs! The only thing that annoyed me was that after getting off the train, the taxi driver I took took a roundabout route while sharing a ride, driving me all over town! The hotel is very close to the train station! It was truly bizarre and infuriating! My good mood vanished instantly! Friends, avoid this hotel!!"
