Twenty of us came together after decades to relive our school days, and your entire team made us feel not like guests, but like family. What impressed us the most was that the hotel was simultaneously hosting an expo and a doctors' reunion. Yet, at no point did we feel neglected. Every request was attended to with a smile, proving that true hospitality is about people, not just facilities. A very special thank you to Mr. Ram and Mr. Veeramani. You both were always there whenever we needed anything, ensuring every small detail was taken care of. Your warmth, patience, and personal attention made our reunion completely stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy being together after so many years. One of the highlights of my trip was the waterfall safari, which was a truly refreshing and memorable experience. The property also has access to some beautiful shooting spots, which are perfect for photography and enjoying scenic views. The best part of the stay was definitely the food – the meals were fresh, delicious, and felt very homely. The hospitality was warm, and the staff made sure everything was comfortable throughout the stay. "i would love to narate my stay "Hospitality and cleanliness "was bench mark .When we checked in we were given traditional welcome with chandanam , chocolate and lemon tea which chilled us . basu the staffs made sure we checked our rooms and tagged us with assured cleniness .We spent hours to gether from big balcony .which had a beautiful .scenic view . Hours together spent watching the nature .We were lucky to experience hailstorm rain . host Dr girija and her family stays in the campus.The host was always reachable with care and love .it's .3 5km before lake located in mid of valley lovely with little rough roads .. radhe Krishna temple in lawn stole the heart .Tiny miniature plants varities of cactus and coffee plants was eye catching . .Out of the way host made sure to packed food for my 3 year old kid .overcall we felt that we came to our relatives house for stay .."

"Excellent stay experience at the Xanadu Birkenhead villa. Had booked the entire villa wiyh 2 bed rooms for the stay. Location is perfect, cut off from the town, excellent view of hillside, and in the midst of nature. Staff is very courteous. Cook is excellent and cooks exactly as per needs and on time. Games room was excellent for kids, common for both Xanadu properties. Hot water was available readily, heater/blower available in rooms though mightn't be adequate for the temperature. They had big umbrellas available for guests to take ***** for the daytime as needed. Birkenhead has their main office, and Meghadoot is a bit ahead. There is one covered car parking and other cars can park on the approach road. Overall, an amazing experience."
