We booked well ahead, arrived, and were told that instructions on how to enter the building were sent via WhatsApp, which wasn't true. After a phone call with a very rude man who refused to provide us with the information via phone, we had to leave and stay at another property. No refund was issued, no apologies were sent. In addition, the free parking offered is not at the property but a good 300m away. No bicycles are allowed in the building. "

"There were three of us, but because no 3-person rooms were available, we were given two 2-person rooms. The location is good. About a 12-minute walk from the center of Dinant. It is quite manageable. It is situated along the river. We had rooms with a view of the road. Nice lobby with a bar. You can also sit outside with a view of the Meuse. The rooms are fine. However, they are noisy. You can hear almost everything. Earplugs were provided in the room as a service to combat the noise. No water, no fridge. The number of towels is limited. We received extra towels immediately after asking the reception. The staff is friendly. The key card didn't work in one room. We had to ask the reception every time to open it with the key. Annoying, but not too bad for one night. All in all, a good experience."
