"Disappointing stay. Dirty dishes and food left from last guests. Staff weren't happy with my requests and didn't supply cutlery at the restaurant. Card to car park didn't work and no one answered the intercom."

"Was a very good hotel. We only stayed 1 night as we were going to see a show in caloundra. Perfect if you need to be near the hospital or the sunshine coast stadium. Only downside was lack of a pool but the beaches arent that far away"

"The hotel itself was quite nice, and we definitely enjoyed the roof top pool area as well as the gym! Reception staff were lovely, however we did have a problem with the laundry amendments, where staff were not great at helping with! After using the laundry facilities they provided for additional cost our cloths came out with stains on them that we were not able to remove. We reported this twice and gave contact details but were never contacted. So we contacted the hotel ourselves where the manager asked for evidence so we sent photo of our stained cloths. He said there was no proof that this happened from there hotel, however I did offer to show hotel staff the physical cloths and stains when this had happened at the hotel but they insisted we did not need to. In addition to this they charge you a $100 fee when you arrive that they hold (we understand a lot of hotels do this and it’s no problem) however it took over a month for this to go back into my bank account, so be careful! Location is great, shopping centre around the corner, 50M swimming pool 15 minutes walk and great coffee shops too!"

"The environment is excellent, with a beautiful beach just outside the terrace! It even has a small swimming pool. However, Ctrip claims it's a top-rated four-star hotel in the area, having opened in 2014. However, the room facilities are dated, especially the bathroom, which looks like it was renovated 20 years ago. The TV, air conditioning, and bathroom are all outdated, and the showerhead is fixed, making it very inconvenient to use. I hope Ctrip can provide more accurate information."
