"We stayed there a few yrs ago and I wasn't very comfortable about the stay, their was a rowdy night club behind the place and people were parking in the.lot for guest. But this vist was so much has changed when greeted by front desk to check in early they were very friendly and sure it's ready for your stay. Nothing but friendly staff. Breakfast was waffles biscuits and gravy and sausage patties, no eggs. For me that was fine. Plenty of fresh coffee and juices fruits and grand kids loved the powered doughnuts. Cereal toast bagels. Im sure you could fund something for everyone. The only.problem we had which is funny, I'm short and the beds are so high. We laughed about it. Comfy once you get up there. I can truly say we will book again. Pool area nice and clean stocked with towels. Great job team."

It was so late at night when I booked and they wouldn’t. Cancel my reservation. Now I had to pay for a room I didn’t even use. So disappointed in their customer support."

"If traveling solo ask for an atrium room. 108 door lead to parking lot. I didn't feel safe. Hot tub not always hot & is missing jets. Electrical outlets exposed. Not the hotels fault but kids under 10 always in hot tub."

"We rented the Upper Apartment. Our family consisted of six adults and three teens. The Appt is advertised as: Sleeping 10. BdRm1 = Son and Wife, BdRm2 = Daughter and Husband, Bunk Bedrm3 = three teen girls. My wife and I took the sofa-bed in living area. The sofa bed had two long rods that supported flimsy matress --- and it sunk into U-shaped middle that tended to conjoin sleeping partners. My wife and I could not sleep in the fold-out, "sofa-bed," so we opted to simply lay on couch/chair. I went to desk and complained -- but to no avail. Management said things could be better, but....... After family returned from a nice week at beach I called to see if something could be done for next year. We liked the location but asked if couch could be replaced with one that would give some comfort. If so, we would try again. The Sea Oats Management ANSWER was quick: Management stated that they did not own the Appt but just rented it out. And that the Appt was not scheduled for any furniture upgrades, nor could/would they pursue my request. Hmmmm ???? Accordingly, this Place of potential 3-4 stars, just got demoted to two stars! Sea Oats has been a great Place for us over several years. But now we have doubts about management's approach to customer service. CAVEAT EMPTOR."
