Hotel Arsenaal Delft

Delft|0.57km from downtown
I stayed in the suite - the hotel's largest room - for two nights in May. This hotel is certainly the most upscale option in Delft. The design details of the room were impressive - if aesthetics are something you value in a hotel stay, Hotel ****naal delivers. I loved the soaking tub in the room, and the additional seating area in front of the oversized window overlooking the canal. The TV set up at the foot of the bed was jarring with the rest of the room design, I wished that there was a way to push the TV stand down so that it did not block the visibility of the rest of the room. I liked the bluetooth speaker/record player, although I was confused because it was nonfunctional (the needle was missing) yet came with two vinyls. It did work as a speaker. I enjoyed daily breakfast and appreciated that there were many delicious options available including on-demand hot options. Cons: I wished there had been somewhere to lock a bike in the hotel's courtyard versus on the street. It was loud outside at night, and sound carried into the room. This didn't bother me, but some guests might have taken issue. My friend who lives in the area noted that there's a fraternity on the same block. Classes had just ended, so maybe the revelry isn't an issue normally. The hotel had very limited onsite bar/dining options outside of breakfast. I went down to order a cocktail 30 minutes before closing, and was told they were only able to offer beer or wine at that point. I'm assuming because they had already done bar cleanup for the night, but still... I was surprised given the upscale positioning of the hotel. Overall, I really appreciated my stay at Hotel ****naal and found the experience quite serene and elevated. Book the suite!

The Social Hub Delft
4.3/558 Reviews
The room is OK, opposite the train station, the sound insulation is very good, there is a hot water bottle. I especially like its public place, there is a table tennis table, a fitness center, and there are many seats for leisure.
Casa Julia
4.3/563 Reviews
Staying at Casa Julia in Delft for business purposes proved to be a satisfying experience, largely due to the pleasant and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel itself boasts a cozy atmosphere, blending modern amenities with a touch of personal charm that makes it stand out. However, it's worth noting that there was an unexpected aspect regarding additional costs; information on taxes added to the room charges came as a surprise. Prospective guests might appreciate clearer communication on this front to better prepare for their stay. Overall, Casa Julia delivers a welcoming environment for business travelers seeking a blend of comfort and convenience in Delft.
Hotel Grand Canal
4.1/541 Reviews
Lovely hotel. Fabulous location on the canal a short walk from the train station or the market square. Rooms are small but clean, with little decoration but comfortable amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom well maintained, and we had a charming canal view. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. We happened to take a canal tour that mentioned the hotel was once the town prison! How fun. But like most very old European buildings, it does have very steep, narrow stairs and hallways. This would likely not be a good choice for those with mobility issues. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and stay here again any day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Delft.
Shanghai Hotel Holland
3.8/553 Reviews
The reception desk gentleman is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good although I was expecting more of an Asian cuisine. The best part about this hotel is actually Race Planet being right opposite which offers a unique experience in our stay at delft. Overall the hotel can improve on the cleanliness and please get regular sized pillows for the bed instead of the current square ones. I would recommend this hotel because I can feel the staff dedication and prompt service attitude. Oh yes, it is also a short drive to the draw bridge where we admired the sunrise.
Grand Museum Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Ctrip did not update the price of breakfast. It is now 20 euros a person. The price is high. The food eaten is not special. This hotel Ctrip's special room has to go out to find, breakfast has to go out to find. inconvenient.
Hotel Royal Bridges

Ervaring was ok. Ik zou niet weer teruggaan. Badkamer met gordijn en douche kop waar niet veel water uitkwam. Kamer groot en koud en grenzend aan de ontbijtzaal. Ontbijt gemiddeld.
