"Honestly, one of the worst hotel stays ever. I wouldn't even give it half a star. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs! The hygiene conditions were severely subpar. There were large dark red bloodstains clearly visible on the sheets, and the bedding that touches your skin clearly hadn't been changed. It was absolutely disgusting and showed a complete lack of their own hygiene standards. The soundproofing in the room was poor. I could hear the phone ringing in the next room very clearly, which disturbed my rest. The front desk staff's service attitude was terrible. They didn't resolve issues and offered no feedback. Not only did they not apologize, but they actually acted as if it was the customer's problem. Throughout the interaction, their attitude was arrogant and they showed no willingness to resolve anything. They were rude and initially ignored the problem. When I tried to clarify each staff member's role, things were unclear, and the manager lied to help the staff avoid accountability. The management here is completely chaotic. Considering I've stayed at Huazhu Group hotels many times, and just a few weeks ago I experienced a similar issue, this severely impacts my trust in the brand. I absolutely would not recommend this place, and I will never stay here again."
