"We spent two nights like a dream; we watched the sunset from the pool in our room, we watched the canoe and the stars, and we sleeped in the bed at the top of our pool. Staff care about intimate, privacy and hygiene. Thank you very much for making this experience possible. Breakfast was really very beautiful and enough. We had dinner in the restaurant, the presentations were very successful, the tails were a little unsmayful, the sheep's perle was very good cooked, the salt rate was a little less and the pilava's oil flavour could have been less. In addition, you can find the restaurant's view on the terrace in a few places. This is similar to the view of the rooms, but has a different ambience."

"First of all, the room at the hotel, which we booked based on reviews, was very poorly maintained and incredibly cramped. There was neither a kettle nor a cup in the room. Naturally, they charged us for the tea and coffee we drank, which is why they didn't provide a kettle in the first place. Around 10 or 11 pm, they lock the kitchen cabinets; if you want something to drink or eat, it's closed. We even had to look for a market in the middle of the night. At least, if you're not going to provide a kettle, you shouldn't charge for a single cup of tea. Be aware of these things before choosing this hotel. Also, parking is incredibly problematic; this is a heads-up for those arriving by car."

"It is clearly the last hotel you can come to with an all-inclusive system in this country. You will be unhappy. Most of the employees are foreign nationals and do not speak Turkish. My guess is that most of them are under 18 years of age. The TV in the rooms does not work, the flusher is broken, the telephone does not work, the doors open without a card. I can see from the bathroom window of the room I am currently staying in that the hotel staff are okay. There are sounds of playing. The people serving at the bar serve with cigarettes in their hands. Towels are not changed. Room cleaning is not done. The food is below average. There is no relevant manager around. There is only one FB manager and he is a rowdy. Heran is ready to beat the customers. A hotel with such a nice location has bad management and bad management. It's a shame with its employees. Don't be a disgrace with your money.."

"We went to the hotel in July 2024 with Jolly Tur with an early reservation. We were given a disabled room. The bathroom and toilet in the room were different. We objected to the lady at the reception, but unfortunately we got the answer that our rooms were full and they didn't have any other rooms. Of course, this hotel had done this to us 3 years ago. At that time, they had given us a standard room for which we paid the price of a superior room. We objected then too, and after some time, we finally found a room. The lady at the reception, instead of resolving the issue, just said "I'm not talking to you anymore" and the manager came. As a result of our objections, another room was arranged with a 1.5 hour delay. The manager was also sullen. Both of them's solution-oriented and unfriendly approaches managed to alienate us from the hotel. The manager even said something like "We would have changed it, why are you still not satisfied". Only the business manager was respectful and friendly. In the end, we do not recommend this hotel, its hygiene is very poor."
