"The hotel is good in general. The service is good, friendly and professional treatment. Correct and spacious room, although somewhat aged. Correct. It has a good pool and very quiet, we hardly saw any movement (7am to 7pm). It is on the street parallel to Maliboro Street, the main one, but the location is good."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is simple and plain, but functionally furnished and clean. There was no toilet paper. The hotel is right next to a busy road, and the window is practically useless. As a result, it felt like motorcycles were driving right through the room almost the entire night."

"The cleanliness was really subpar... I stayed for several nights in a twin room. The bedsheets were only tidied up and didn't seem to be changed to new ones. There were black stains on the child's bed from the moment I checked in until I was about to check out, and they remained the same. I complained twice, and I had to go down and show them photos of the stains before they took action. A front office staff member even had to change them personally because I was already quite angry."
